A collection which was created from a completely improvised outcome of blow-torched pieces of flat metal, made without moulds, detailed drawings or even defined ideas.
Each piece – comprised of thick cuts of steel – was roughly cut with a torch, welded together and subsequently painted black and white. This aesthetic ensures that each individual work gets its strong character. The sensation is truly punk-like. Powerful. Handmade and with a one-off roughness.
The Protopunk collection includes a wide variety of object types such as a table, clock, lighting, stools, … Even a chess table.
