For the 4th edition of the Christmas gateau glace Häagen-Dazs has chosen Kiki. The result is an ice cream cake, which serves as a showcase of sweet surprises as well as an object of refined elegance. It reflects this special moment in time and is inspired by the very elegant forms of ice crystals and mountain flowers, like the famous edelweiss. The different leaves stacked on top of each other represent an unconventional “iceberg”.
