Kiki designs two fantastical tufted carpets, rich in color and texture, conceived in her iconic textile collage technique.
They are part of a tufted rugs collection called ROOM —developed in collaboration with El Espartano, an Argentine artisanal textile design and rug manufacturing company. Limited-edition pieces by five women, friends and designers exploring the room as a personal territory. As curator Lidewij Edelkoort puts it: “Even a small room can give us the peace we so need.”
