\u2018Memories of a Panorama\u2019 is executed by TextielMuseum\/TextielLab Tilburg.<\/p>\n

The 4 Panorama\u2019s are based on the Dutch landscapes, with a dreamy\u00a0colorful\u00a0touch. The center of the graphic image on each tapestry is a tree, woven from gold thread.\u00a0Kiki\u00a0sees the tree as the jewel of the panorama.<\/p>\n

Currently Kiki is very intrigued by panorama\u2019s.\u00a0\u00a0\u2018For me the beauty of a natural setting is that one\u2019s able to look far away. I myself have an increasing need for space around me and the idea that you can walk through nature,\u00a0being overwhelmed by it.\u2019 Graphically it shows the different facets and qualities of nature in perspective. These are all views from Kiki’s memories.\u00a0The tapestries\u00a0exist out of different textures and colors, as can be recognized in\u00a0the Dutch landscapes.<\/p>\n
