Inspired by a 16th century old Japanese tradition, this collection of knitted wall textiles bridges low and high tech, east and west, past and present. Her extensive research on the ancient firing Raku technique translates in a different language. Teaming up with Borre Akkersdijk, whizz-kid of wearable tech and founder of byBorre, she produces wall tapestry inspired by the shapes, structures and colors of her Raku fired ceramic collection.
